Returns & Refunds

Domestic US Returns 

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping return costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items such as autographed books cannot be returned, unless there was a mistake of name spelling on our part.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email support@includas.com with your name, order number, product item name, date of purchase, and reason for returning. Please allow 7 days for processing.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, know that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve waited several weeks and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@includas.com or call 818-350-3652.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or personalized incorrectly (should order specifications not match the product you received). Please send us 2 images of the damaged item (and shipping box if shipping was damaged), your name, order number, and date of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges for wrong shirt sizes, so please check all measurements of shirts in the descriptions of each product item.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you use trackable shipping service, you can email us (this is optional) your tracking information (tracking number and date shipped, full name, product item name) to support@includas.com. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept refunds & refunds on international orders unless the item was damaged, defected, or requires an exchange based on mistakes made on our part.
